Terms and Conditions

Welcome to our laundry service platform. By accessing or using our website, app, or services, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined below. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not use our services.

Service Use

  1. Our services include self-service laundry, wash & fold, commercial laundry, and pickup & delivery. Availability may vary by location.
  2. Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate labeling and sorting of their laundry items. We are not responsible for damage due to customer error.
  3. We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer for any reason.
  4. Pickup & Delivery service windows are provided as estimates; delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or other unforeseen events.

Payment Terms

  1. Payment is due upon service completion. Orders placed online must be prepaid using a credit/debit card or other accepted digital method.
  2. For commercial accounts, custom payment terms must be agreed upon in writing.
  3. Any unpaid balances after 30 days may incur late fees or service suspension.

Cancellations & Refunds

  1. Orders can be canceled any time prior to pickup with no penalty.
  2. If items have already been collected, refunds may be partial or unavailable depending on processing status.
  3. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 5–7 business days if approved.

Garment Policy

  1. We do not guarantee the removal of all stains. Items are cleaned to the best of our ability using standard practices.
  2. Garments with “dry clean only” or “hand wash only” tags will be cleaned at the customer’s risk unless a specialty service is selected.
  3. We are not responsible for items left in pockets (cash, electronics, jewelry, etc.).
  4. Unclaimed garments after 30 days may be donated or discarded at our discretion.

Liability Limitations

  1. In the event of lost or damaged items, compensation is limited to three (3) times the service cost of the specific item.
  2. No liability is assumed for shrinkage, color fading, or fabric distortion due to manufacturer defects or improper care labeling.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the latest version of these terms.
