What are your hours of operation?

We’re open 7 days a week from 6 AM – 11 PM, so you can do laundry on your schedule. Pickup & Delivery orders can be scheduled online anytime. Attended Wash & Fold hours are:

• Mon–Fri: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Sat–Sun: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Where are you located?

We’re located in the Richmond District of San Francisco at: 4123 California Street, San Francisco, CA 94118

Is parking available?

Yes — there is street parking available near our laundromat. For quick drop-offs and pickups, we also have a loading zone in front.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit/debit cards, mobile payments (Apple Pay/Google Pay), and cash. For Pickup & Delivery orders, you can pay securely online at checkout.

What types of machines do you have?

We use high-efficiency Dexter washers and dryers, ranging from small loads to extra-large machines for bulky items like comforters and blankets.

Do you use eco-friendly detergents?

Yes — we use eco-friendly, hypoallergenic detergents that are safe for sensitive skin. Customers can also request fragrance-free options.

What happens if something gets lost or damaged?

We take great care with every order. In the rare case of an issue, please contact us right away, and we’ll work with you to make it right.

Wash & Fold

How fast is the turnaround?

Most orders are ready within 24 hours. For urgent needs, same-day service is available when laundry is dropped off by 11:00 AM.

Do I need to separate my clothes?

No — we’ll sort lights, darks, and delicates for you.

What detergents do you use?

We use premium, high-quality detergents and offer eco-friendly options upon request.

Is there a minimum order?

Yes, there’s a $35 minimum for Wash & Fold service.

What if I can’t make it before closing?

No problem — just pick up your laundry the next day during attended hours (Mon–Fri: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM | Sat–Sun: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM).

Pickup & Delivery

How does Pickup & Delivery work?

Schedule online, place your laundry in a bag, and our driver will pick it up at your door. Your clean, folded laundry will be delivered back to you within 24 hours.

What if I have special instructions?

No problem! Just include your preferences (e.g., water temperature, detergent type, folding style) when placing your order, and we’ll take care of it.

What’s the turnaround time?

Standard service is ready within 48 hours. Next-day service is available with a 24-hour turnaround.

Do I need to be home?

Not necessarily — you can leave your laundry bag in a designated spot, and we’ll return it to the same location.

What’s the minimum order?

There’s a $50 minimum for pickup & delivery service.

Can I set up recurring pickups?

Yes! Weekly or bi-weekly subscriptions are available for even more convenience.

Commercial Laundry

What’s the minimum order size?

The minimum order is $50. For free pickup & delivery, the minimum is 20 lbs per order

Do you accept orders under 20 lbs?

Yes, but a small delivery fee applies. Drop-off orders under 20 lbs are always welcome.

How fast is turnaround time?

Standard turnaround is next-day service. Rush same-day service is available upon request for an additional fee.

Do I need a contract?

No contracts required — we offer flexible, pay-as-you-go service.

What type of detergent do you use?

We use eco-friendly, hypoallergenic, fragrance-free detergents that are safe for sensitive skin.

Can I set up recurring service?

Yes! We offer custom invoicing and recurring pickup schedules for businesses that need regular service.

Do you handle large bulk orders?

Absolutely. We specialize in high-volume commercial laundry and offer the best bulk rates for 300+ lbs per order.
